If you are signing up for e-Billing/e-Letters for the first time, you should have received a temporary password. If you did not receive your password or need to reset it, please email "myaccountsupport@lbbd.gov.uk" with the subject as "e-Billing password help". If you are looking for any other help, please see the relevant sections in the main Council web pages.

Council Services are shown in the boxes. These services are group into common areas, for example viewing your Council Tax account and setting up a Direct Debit can be found in the Council Tax Section.
